      <title>Cannot find IP Address</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We had a power outage and the internet seems to go on and off.&amp;nbsp; We have a ICX7150-c12p-2x1g switch and 2 R350 access points.&amp;nbsp; Lights are green on the switch and all lights are green on the access points except the AIR light, which has no light on.&amp;nbsp; I have access the ruckus unleashed app and the two access points show up as good but the switch says it is pending and no IP address identified.&amp;nbsp; I have used the advanced scanning tool and the IP address is not coming up for the switch, but the two AP do show up.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions, do a switch reset?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Also, the Unleashed website showing the IP address of the Switch is pending.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Could you please share the picture of the connection ports of the switch as shared in the below pic?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;I would request you to please remove the ISP cable from the Switch and try to re-connect to any of the other 12 ports on the Switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, we did remove the ISP cable and plug into another port last night and it worked until this morning, then stopped working, the wifi that is.&amp;nbsp; I will try to see if the IP address is showing later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are also having trouble logging into our account.&amp;nbsp; It says we need to bind a network.&amp;nbsp; When we try it needs the unleashed ID and it says we can find that under the admin section, but since there is no information on there, we cant find the ID.&amp;nbsp; Any thoughts on that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;From the picture you shared, I see that the S&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;witch is running on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I had everything lined out.&amp;nbsp; I had downloaded the driver to recognize the connection, I had downloaded the Putty app, I had typed out all the instructions.&amp;nbsp; I followed them just as they said.&amp;nbsp; I had extracted the driver files and saved them to my computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, could not get it to recognize the connection.&amp;nbsp; Device manager did not show ports so if the connection had been recognized, i still could not put the correct Comm #.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am very surprised a company like this does not have automatic updates and fixes.&amp;nbsp; When older people purchase a Lennar home, these type of incidents would be terrible, if they had ever got it to work in the first place.&amp;nbsp; Ours did not, we still have to pay for a wireless router from the cable company and connect that to the switch instead of just going from their service box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyways not sure what to do now.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the additional support.&amp;nbsp; Yes I will need more help.&amp;nbsp; I am just back from vacation and will try connecting to the switch tomorrow evening.&amp;nbsp; I did install the files again and extracted them.&amp;nbsp; Not sure what I need to do to run them, but they are supposed to be installed now, again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I looked at the device manager now, not connected to the switch yet, and noting on the com ports is listed.&amp;nbsp; I am thinking that will show up tomorrow when I connect to the switch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stay tuned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Verlon&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok Thanks.&amp;nbsp; I want to make sure there is only one software we need to download to be able to console with the switch.&amp;nbsp; There are always to links provided in the directions, but the drivers seem to be the same.&amp;nbsp; Just want to make sure.&amp;nbsp; I am attaching a picture of what I have done so far which seems to show I have installed the software correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Showing software installed modified.jpg" style="width: 752px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/15511i777602D56535BF02/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Showing software installed modified.jpg" alt="Showing software installed modified.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
