      <title>POE Firmware 00.0.0 - How to Fix?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently firmware updated my switch to the latest firmware (version: 08.0.95rT211). I went to 08.0.85gT211, but I went with the latest because I thought it would fix the PoE issue (it didn't).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I "show inline power" all my ports have an "Admin State" of "On".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I "show inline power detail" here's what it shows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Power Supply Data:&lt;BR /&gt;++++++++++++++++++&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Power Supply #1:&lt;BR /&gt;Max Curr: 2.3 Amps&lt;BR /&gt;Voltage: 54.0 Volts&lt;BR /&gt;Capacity: 124 Watts&lt;BR /&gt;PoePower: 124 Watts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;POE Details Info. On Unit 1 :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;General PoE Data:&lt;BR /&gt;+++++++++++++++++&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Firmware&lt;BR /&gt;Version&lt;BR /&gt;----------------&lt;BR /&gt;00.0.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hardware&lt;BR /&gt;Version&lt;BR /&gt;----------------&lt;BR /&gt;0x0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I update the PoE Firmware version? &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Based on the information you provided, it appears that your &lt;STRONG&gt;RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt; has a corrupted operating image and cannot be recovered.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Given these circumstances, the &lt;STRONG&gt;Switch &lt;/STRONG&gt;will need to be processed for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), which essentially means that it should be replaced.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
