Upgrading switch from Mac

Hello, i'm trying to follow the how to guide for upgrading Lennar ICX 7150 switch to xxx.95g firmware. I can't seem to find anything on how to do this via web GUI from a MAC. Please advise.

From the case description, I understand that you are facing issues upgrading the Switch to the recommended version 08.0.95g through GUI using Mac.

Could you please confirm if you have tried accessing the IP address in the browser and check if you are able to login to the GUI of the Switch?

Once you access the GUI of the Switch, I would request you to please share the screenshot of the running version of the Switch for us to assist you further.

Also, please share the screenshot at which you are getting stuck while upgrading the Switch through the GUI web browser.

May I also please know if you have access to a Windows laptop?

Hi Pinky. Yes, i can access the switch via its IP. Here's a screenshot of the device info. It's setting up some sort of FTP or TFTP to get the new version on the switch that seems to be the problem. I do not have access to a Windows laptop.

I understand that the version on the Switch is 08.0.90d.

We recommend transitioning to version 08.0.95g, identified as the stable version for Lennar Home users.

To facilitate this transition, we have recently introduced an upgrade tool tailored to ensure a seamless process. Utilizing this tool is straightforward: users simply need to input the IP Address, Username, and password associated with the Switch into the software interface.

For your convenience, please find the necessary resources below:

1. Download the Upgrade software for Mac: https://support.ruckuswireless.com/software/3836-lennar-upgrade-tool-mvp-mac

Please note: For now the tool works only on 08080f and versions between 08095g.
