Ruckus is open

I moved to a new lennar home, installed my internet and the ruckus wireless is open without password. How can I add a password? I don't have accounts or anything related to this. I've been trying to do using the community forum but I don't understand anything of what is described. Can someone please guide me?

They installed it and left the ruckus line opened. I need to put a password. I don't understand the instructions, i am not familiar with all of these terms. Can I just disconnect ruckus to avoid neighbors connecting to it?

Where can I find the unleashed ID? I am attempting to create an account but it asks me for the unleashed ID. I don't have it.

I don't even know if I am in the right place. Why can't they make it easier and understandable for someone that has 0 knowledge on all of this stuff.

This is bizarre. How is it possible there are no technicians available to at least support through phone. I have no idea how to add a password to this thing. I've created don't know how many passwords none of them work. This is just absurd!

Could you please share a screenshot of where you are trying to change the password?

Additionally, can you confirm what password you are trying to change? Is it the Wi-Fi network password through RUCKUS Unleashed or the RUCKUS Unleashed admin password?

I accessed the settings using the IP address, now it won't let me access again using the IP address if I don't add a guest password which I am adding but is not letting me access. I am trying to add a password to avoid neighbors using my internet. I am not sure why I have my regular wifi but I also have a ruckus wireless wifi which people can connect to since it doesn't have a password.

trying here as well, but I cannot add a bin, i guess this is to add my router but I cannot find the unleashed ID anymore since I cannot access with the IP address

- Log in to your Unleashed system using the Master AP IP Address or visit https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/
If you encounter difficulties accessing the above link or if you are unsure of the IP Address of your Access Points, please refer to our guide on finding the IP Address of the Access Point:

You should see the below-Unleashed dashboard after finding the IP Address of the AP. Try to log in

Regarding your Unleashed Wi-Fi password reset.

To begin, please ensure that you have access to the Unleashed Web Interface.

Once you’re logged in to your Unleashed account, please follow the steps below to change your Wi-Fi password:

1. Log in to your Unleashed dashboard (Web or Mobile App).

2. Navigate to Wi-Fi Network.

3. Select your WLAN (SSID).

4. Click Edit WLAN.

5. Update the password as needed.
(Please refer to the screenshots below for guidance.)
