      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have read all the posts as to how to fix this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;System was working fine for many years until a power outage this weekend.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried the reset and power options many times with no success. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not have the ability to connect to the console. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please contact me with other support options. &amp;nbsp;Again, I dont have the ability to do guide steps that require connection to the console. &amp;nbsp;Need other support options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
