      <title>No lights</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;All lights on my main unit seem to be on. But my hallway units are not. It hasn’t worked for at least 9 months. I’ve done the hard reset on the unit and my internet provider but it’s not helping I had the account under another email when I moved into my lennara hone 6 years ago but had to change everything so I don’t have all my original information for the account if you need it. I can give you the original email. I can’t sign in on my app either because everything goes to the old email and I can’t seem to change it.&amp;nbsp;Also, because I can't get into the App and my account as it was set up I have not been able to make any updates so I'm sure that might not be helping&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;From the pictures you shared, it seems like the ethernet cable which is coming from the ISP’s (Internet Service Provider’s) Router or Modem/Router combo is plugged into the wrong port on the Switch panel. It must be plugged into any 1 in-12 ports as shown in the below screenshot. Please unplug the ethernet cable and plug it into the correct port then &lt;STRONG&gt;reboot&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;(unplug and plug from the power outlet)&lt;/STRONG&gt; and try to connect to the Internet via Access Points.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;It should be plugged into one of the 12 ports as shown in the below screenshot.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;To check this, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
