    <description>&lt;P&gt;Red light on ceiling box solid. When I do all steps to reset you see temporary green lights but it eventually goes back to red. Who can I call for service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Based on the information provided, it appears that your RUCKUS Access Point (AP) is not functioning with RED PWR LED.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Could you please unplug the ethernet cable of this AP from the Switch port and plug it into any other 1 in-12 ports (Refer to the screenshot below) and check if that resolves the issue?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
