      <description>&lt;P&gt;WiFi Network shows up fine and works with Speed Test. &amp;nbsp;Everything will connect but then shows failed or errors. &amp;nbsp;I got a DNS server error on my PS5. &amp;nbsp;Phones and everything else don’t show an error but won’t access internet, download, nothing. &amp;nbsp;I messed with the IP address a while ago using directions from another thread and it didn’t work. &amp;nbsp;I’m not computer savvy enough to do the software recovery. &amp;nbsp;Need help. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Imran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Prior to receiving this reply from you I tried to follow a knowledge base and do the upgrade myself. &amp;nbsp;Long story short I screwed it up at some point along the way and finally found an option in the CLI to restore to factory defaults which I did. &amp;nbsp;Now it looks like I need to do the initial setup on the switch. &amp;nbsp;I got the configure.me from both APs but was not able to get through set up on the app. &amp;nbsp;Please let me know where to go from here. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;However, based on the picture you shared, it appears that the black cable from your Internet Service Provider’s (ISP) router is connected to the incorrect port on the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;The cable should be connected to one of the 1-12 ports on the switch (please refer to the screenshots below).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Kindly unplug the cable and reconnect it to the appropriate port. Afterward, please&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;reboot&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;the ISP (Internet Service Provider) router by unplugging and plugging it back into the power outlet. Once done, unplug/plug the APs from the Switch ports and check your internet connection after some time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
