    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Imran, I did contact chat support , it was completely BOT. It did not tell me if the RMA was credited.&amp;nbsp;Ruckus Networks Support Case 01948710.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you check the case and confirm the RMA has been created and when will I get the replacement , what’s the tracking no? We are without wireless and need this asap. Also is it just plugin or do I need to configure anything ? Can I remove the old and connect the new one ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Ruckus Poe switch 7150 has no power</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Model: ICX 7150 has no power. I tried to recycle the power, tried different wall jack still no luck. Made sure wall jack is fine , it’s the Poe switch which is not powering up. Both AP’s and other smart home devices are all powered off due to this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
