Before the switch, the Ruckus Unleashed App had my Switch listed as well as the Access Points and the connected devices. With now being on Fiber, through the AT&amp;amp;T Smart Home Manager, the switch and the access points are listed as connected. However, I don't see any devices or really the network on the Ruckus Unleashed app. Do I need to do a new install on the Ruckus app since I switched ISPs?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;You should see the below-Unleashed dashboard after finding the IP Address of the AP. Try to log in&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to login using a computer and the Master AP IP address. I am able to see the clients and Wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when i am on my phone and trying to login the Ruckus Unleasehd app, i still am met with an error even when using the log in information found on the browser.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;I understand that you are able to login to the Unleashed system using the master AP Ip address; however, unable to login to the Unleashed app.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;I would request you to please try logging in to the Unleashed system using the Master AP IP address, and you would see the below dashboard.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
