      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SYST is amber and PWR is green after replugging the power cord.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed the guide:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-perform-a-Software-recovery-on-an-ICX7150-switch/td-p/47483" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-perform-a-Software-recovery-on-an-ICX7150-switch/td-p/47483&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, the image and boot files would not load (Loading: T T T T ...) when I try update_primary and update_uboot. I'm able to ping to TFTP, and it works fine when I execute TFTP get command locally. I opened Windows firewall for UDP 69 and all ports, but still not working. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Yarenis,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Factory reset did not work, all lights stayed as amber throughout the night.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Instead of opening the firewall ports individually, I turned off the whole Windows Firewall, and then everything worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My switch is back online, and all WAPs have the power now. Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used &lt;STRONG&gt;SPS08090k.bin&lt;/STRONG&gt; per guide, but this seems old, which version do you recommend for upgrade? Or is it safe to keep the current version?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
