Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P does not power on

This morning our ICX 7150-C12P switch went offline. We had no power outage or any other issues. No method gives it power, when plugging and unplugging, all LED lights blink amber for 1 second and then nothing, it stays off. I’ve tried to reset with a small needle and had the same result. It is not an issue with power source as the amber light does flash on once after I reboot the surge protector.

2. Capture both pictures and a video of the switch, focusing on the following:

- The status of the lights on the switch.

- The cord connected to the switch.

- The switch plugged into a working power outlet.

We recommend referring to the example pictures provided below to ensure clarity in capturing the required details:
