As far as the answers:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Was there any power outage before you started facing this issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Yes there were power surges Feb 17 that caused the power to come off for about a second and come back on.&amp;nbsp; However it does not seem like the switch ever recovered&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Afternoon.&amp;nbsp; When logging into the dashboard for my switch, I am noticing that the switch is in a state of Disconnected.&amp;nbsp; Also when I attempted to ssh into the switch, the only commands that were available were exit,help,quit,history, and enable.&amp;nbsp; We attempted power cycling and reseting the switch as well as the master access point numerous times.&amp;nbsp; Any help would be appreciated.&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;From the response, I understand that the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:18px;"&gt;Switch is on the disconnected state &amp;nbsp;and it is booted up on the secondary partition which is running on Routing code (SPR)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is running in the Routing code.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Once you access the IP address from the IP Scan results, to confirm that the IP address is associated with the Switch, you should observe the Switch Dashboard, which should be visible upon accessing the appropriate IP address, as illustrated in the screenshot below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
