    <description>&lt;P&gt;A few weeks ago we had a power outage which lasted hours. &amp;nbsp;When the power came back the internet was not the same. &amp;nbsp;I had my internet provider come take a look at their stuff and they confirmed their internet was working normally and had a strong signal. &amp;nbsp;I have updated my APs and have tried resetting as well. Still having the same issue. &amp;nbsp;Internet is very intermittent, works for a couple minutes then doesn’t and that cycle is just repeating. &amp;nbsp;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Imran,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I could not get this to work. &amp;nbsp;I only have Mac in my house but even then im not the most tech savvy person to figure this stuff out. &amp;nbsp;Do you have more exact instructions? &amp;nbsp;I also downloaded the IP identifier app but no names come up on my devices so i can't identify the switch. &amp;nbsp;Any additional details/help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Abdon&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Could you kindly share a screenshot of the IP Scan results? Additionally, please try performing the process on a Windows laptop to see if that resolves the issue.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
