      <title>Slow internet speeds</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having an issue with my switch and endpoints.&amp;nbsp; I am not 100% sure what the issue is, but I know that my internet connection is very slow over the endpoints (WIFI).&amp;nbsp; I have a hard line that is working as it should.&amp;nbsp; I am not able to access my Unleashed account or the IP address via a browser.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spent several hours combing through the forum and I haven't found the right thing for me.&amp;nbsp; I called Ruckus and the nice person told me I had to post here and some would respond to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;From the below screenshot you shared, I understand that the&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:18px;"&gt;Switch is booted up on the secondary partition which is running on Routing code (SPR)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is running in the Routing code.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
