    <description>&lt;P&gt;I moved the cable to another of 12 RJ45 jacks. The ruckus 510 behaved the same. It went through its boot up process and where the power light is red and ultimately the power light turned green along with the CTL light. The Jack back on the switch has a green light that also comes on. We do see that the Network recover.me appears after the boot up. But, we are unable to sign into that as we don't know what the password is. We have entered ruckus-XXXXXX with various passwords that we thought might be it for XXXXXX. But with no luck. Thanks so much for your help! Please let me know if you have some other steps to try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We get stuck at the step where we are on putty and it allows us to type in the word admin for the login And then it asks for the password but the keyboard no longer works.
