      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why are 2 lights on the AP amber? How do I configure the switch to blend with the router. When I go into Wifi I see 2.4G, 5G &amp;amp; Ruckus wifi's.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go into the ruckus app I see 2 switches. How do I remove one of them to only show the one connected and not one off-line?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please note, that Amber lights on 2.4G and 5G is a normal behavior.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;If 2.4G and 5G lights are amber, it states that the connectivity is up and there are no devices/clients connected. When any device/client connects to the 2.4 or 5G&amp;nbsp;radio the lights turn&amp;nbsp;green. Please refer to the below link for more information about the light status of the RUCKUS R510 Access Point.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Excellent amber /yellow means it's on-line however, there are no clients connected. I've gone into the unleased app and as I type it's uploading an update to the AP. I'll let you know if this helps removes the switch that I no longer have. Master is rebooting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;I understand that you would like to remove the switch that is currently showing as disconnected from the Unleashed app.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;To do so, please navigate to the &lt;STRONG&gt;Switches&lt;/STRONG&gt; section and select the switch that you wish to remove from the list. You will see an option labeled &lt;STRONG&gt;"Remove"&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Upon clicking &lt;STRONG&gt;Remove&lt;/STRONG&gt;, a prompt will appear asking you to confirm the removal of the switch. Once you confirm, the switch will be successfully removed from the list.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;You can refresh the page to verify that the switch has been removed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
