      <description>&lt;P&gt;Based on the picture I don’t have the Lennar WiFi white box underneath the ruckus box. I have a netgear box and a lot of wires trying to connect my new modem into the ruckus so it appears the netgear is the middle point between my modem and the ruckus so not sure how I can get the ruckus to pick up my new WiFi because the old one is gone but it still registers the old one by name on my devices because of ruckus yet I don’t know how that is even possible&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The ruckus box has a flashing amber light and 2 green lights on. The net gear has all green lights and I don’t have one of the boxes your picture is showing me but the only other white box I have shows a green light. This is all in my bedroom closet and the wires are all over the place and I did log into my account yet I’m unable to send pictures. Out of curiosity, is this the only way to communicate to get things fixed or corrected?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This whole process is extremely frustrating because I have reset the ruckus to no longer have the amber light but trying to configure it to my new WiFi it is not working. I have the unleashed app and it’s not picking up anything. I tried to manually input my new WiFi information and it is not showing the configureme in my WiFi settings. I honestly don’t know what else to do. Me reading through all your guides and stuff is not helping to fix my issue. Do you all not have a different kind of support other than you replying sending me guide after guide. I just want this fixed so things function properly throughout my house&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
