      <description>&lt;P&gt;Even with the latest firmware on the access points and the latest OS version on my iPhone it simply does not work. It keeps on saying I am not connected to the unleashed network while I am!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;We understand that your&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;RUCKUS Access Points are on an older version which doesn’t let you log into the Unleashed application and manage them. We suggest you upgrade your ALL RUCKUS R510 Access Points to version&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;200.15.6.12.304&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;which is recently released.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

And still it does not work, sayyng I am not connected to the Unleashed network. Through the IP address I can reach the network without any problem. I am running IOS 18.3.1 on my IPhone 15&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;I would request you to please uninstall the Unleashed app and reinstall the latest Unleashed app version from the Appstore.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Also, please &amp;nbsp;make sure you are connected to the RUCKUS AP Wi-Fi network when trying to login on the application.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
