&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;I understand that your switch is currently stuck in boot mode, with the Amber/Yellow SYST LED. If a hard reset has not resolved the issue, the next step would be to perform a Software Recovery on the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Based on the troubleshooting conducted, it appears that your &lt;STRONG&gt;ICX-7150-C12P Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt; is currently stuck in boot mode. You have followed the recommended troubleshooting steps, such as resetting with a paper clip and performing a Software Recovery. However, it seems that the switch has a corrupted image that cannot be recovered, and the issue persists.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Given these circumstances, the &lt;STRONG&gt;switch &lt;/STRONG&gt;will need to be processed for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), which essentially means that it should be replaced.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
