      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My switch is showing disconnected on the ruckus dashboard. I see that my AP are connected, but when on the WiFi channels some of the network connection works and at times it will not. I have the ICX7150-C12 and have tried all the suggested methods of trying to upgrade the firmware but not I have been successful with.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I would like to believe the USB flash drive is the easiest way but when I download the firmware I cannot get pass the go to folder boot as there is no boot file. I’ve tried to download multiple versions and still unable to locate the boot file.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The web GUI option was also a setback as the suggested site github is no longer valid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need an alternative and more up to date way of updating the firm to see if I can get it back online and have all the AP working properly again. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It would have been much more appreciated if the explanations were a little more upfront rather than having us go through a million sub-post just to complete the task.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For those who are experiencing the same issue as me, below are the steps I took.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Locate Switch IP address: &lt;A href="https://www.advanced-ip-scanner.com/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.advanced-ip-scanner.com/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;--&amp;gt;After locating the switches IP address ---&amp;gt;Enter IP address on the browser to confirm switch IP address, you should see the Ruckus Dashboard (white background, NOT the gray Unleash dashboard )&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Download Driver: &lt;A href="https://support.ruckuswireless.com/software/1414-brocade-ruckus-7150-usb-serial-driver-windows" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.ruckuswireless.com/software/1414-brocade-ruckus-7150-usb-serial-driver-windows&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;--&amp;gt;Extract all and install driver&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Connect USB to USBC cable: from laptop to Switch USB-C port&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open device manager and locate Port: COM#&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Download “Command Line Interface” (CLI), PuTTy: &lt;A href="https://www.putty.org/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.putty.org/&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;--&amp;gt;Open PuTTy and start new session using: Serial, speed should automatically be set at 9600 ---&amp;gt;Enter which COM# that is connect to the Ruckus Switch ----&amp;gt;Press Open the run the session.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Follow prompts for: Fixing RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch Routing Code (SPR) issue using Command Line Interface (CLI) &lt;A href="https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/Fixing-RUCKUS-ICX-7150-C12P-..." target="_blank"&gt;https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/Fixing-RUCKUS-ICX-7150-C12P-...&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope that makes it easier and is helpful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
