      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, a couple days ago my Internet went down and reset. However, I noticed that I returned to Wi-Fi and not hardwired connection to my PC. I reset the router and switch and now my WAP's are not coming back online and my switch is not providing the network. There are lights coming on, such as orange on the status port. What shall I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Power Cycle Everything – Turn off your router, switch, and WAPs, then power them back on in sequence: router → switch → WAPs → devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check Cable Connections – Ensure your modem is correctly connected to the switch and your PC is plugged into an active port.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Test a Direct Connection – Connect your PC directly to the router via Ethernet to see if it gets internet access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Inspect Switch LEDs – Orange status lights may indicate a speed or connection issue—check the switch manual for details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
