You have followed the recommended troubleshooting steps, such as resetting with a paperclip and performing a Software Recovery. However, it seems that the switch has a corrupted image that cannot be recovered, and the issue persists.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Given these circumstances, the &lt;STRONG&gt;switch &lt;/STRONG&gt;will need to be processed for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), which essentially means that it should be replaced.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
