      <title>Ruckus APs not powering; ICX 7150-C12P</title>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I have been struggling with my ruckus access points since the last power outage, now the APs are blank with know no power. I’ve tried every solution proposed in the posts and watch countless video without having any success.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried resetting. I even tried logging into the IP. The Rukus doesn’t even show on wireless networks to anything via WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I’ve also tried calling, but due to me purchasing a Lennar home no one would help me over the phone. Please help this is beyond exhausting and frustrating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;From the response shared&lt;STRONG&gt;,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt; the lights on the Switch is normal and switch is working and there are no lights in the access points, it is always good to check if the PoE is disabled or not.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to check if the PoE is disabled and to fix the issue if it is disabled.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

I have tried multiple plugs in my home. See photos. Please assist. This&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Switch&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
