&lt;P&gt;Just to clarified your issue, please response the next questions:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is your Switch online, but from Unleashes is displayed as disconnected?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is your unleashed network working fine?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are all your Access Point online and working as expected?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you having connectivity issues in your Unleashed network?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you gain accesses to the Switch IP address that may be displayed in the Unleashed dashboard, if that is the case, access and provide the next information from there?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;While your computer or phone is connected to the Unleashed network, search the IP address of your Switch&amp;gt;open a browser and paste the Switch IP address Monitor&amp;gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Note: you can use the next guide to find the Switch IP address:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;And to answer your questions...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Switch is online, but from Unleashes is displayed as disconnected (as&amp;nbsp;in the image I sent you);&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have ATT as a provider. And there is no issue accessing internet when connected to ATT wifi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But when connecting to Ruckcus access points I am often timed out trying to navigate to sites like cnbc.com, dell.com... All access points are online. Not sure if they works as expected because I am having all the issues accessing internet. I did reboot both switch and access points several time already.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do not feel comfortable sharing my IP address on a public forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF6600"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Symptoms:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Websites not loading&lt;BR /&gt;Devices getting disconnected or having problems working as intended.&lt;BR /&gt;Network dropping at random points in time.&lt;BR /&gt;Smart devices not being able to connect to the internet.&lt;BR /&gt;Unleashed dashboard sometimes as “Disconnected” on the Internet tab.&lt;/P&gt;

I can connect to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://192.168.1.238/admin/dashboard.jsp" target="_blank"&gt;https://192.168.1.238/admin/dashboard.jsp&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;fine. But I cannot connect using switch IP&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;192.168.1.70&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Ok, so if the Online web access is not working, you need to get access via console, using the next connection the USB will be connected on your computer and the type C on your ICX7150 Switch.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note: the SSH and Telnet access will not work for you, because you are having connectivity issues to reach the IP address 192.168.1.170 and those are for remote access, however console is local, so will no matter if you have or not an IP address.&lt;/P&gt;
