      <title>R510 flashing red PWR light, will not respond to factory reset</title>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Could you please try connecting the affected Access Point to an external power 12 VDC adapter and check it separately without connecting to the Switch PoE port cable? (Please refer to the below screenshot). Usually, you will find the 12 VDC adapter connected to your ISP’s (Internet Service Provider’s) Router/Modem-Router combo device.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I plug in using a 12V I get a green light. When I reset again, I get multi color flashing lights.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I plug back into the POE on the ceiling in the house, I just get a slow flashing red light.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also swapped places with the working AP (to rule out any wiring/switch issues). The one working AP is fine in either location.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can we RMA my dead AP?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ryan&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Based on the troubleshooting done, and you confirm after performing the reset of the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Access Point&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and checking all the connectivity and connections, the failure persists. This is the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;only ONE access point that isn’t working&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;with a Red PWR LED on it even after checking with an external power adapter it behaves the same. This&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;ONE&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Access Point Unit&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
