&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;As the hard reset is not working, the option left is to perform the Software Recovery of the Switch, please follow the same and share the information or screenshot if you are stuck at any point.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>ICX7150-C12P After power outage, the unit is unresponsive (Lennar Home)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ICX7150-C12P After power outage none of the switch ports that provide power over ethernet have any lights and the unit is unresponsive (Lennar Home)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We got Ruckus switch and Adtran router as part of Lennar house. We had a power outage and now none of the switch ports have any power or lights, as a result AP are not powering up because they are set up to PoE (power over ethernet).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Behavior:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. SYST led is Orange, Power LED is green&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. I tried reset that did not help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Moved around and plugged into multiple switch ports but they are all dead&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Unable to connect to the unit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. From the Adtran stats I can see packets being sent to the switch but no responses.\&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe the unit needs to be replaced as it happened after a power outage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a couple pictures but don't see a way to attach them to the post&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I emailed you the picture with the SN.&amp;nbsp; I hae gone through the guide as recommended and reset the device multiple times.&amp;nbsp; The leds do start blinking orange but they keep blinking even after multiple minutes.&amp;nbsp; I have downloaded the console drivers and connected the USBC cable but there is no output.&amp;nbsp; Please send a replacement unit.&amp;nbsp; Thanks, Josh&lt;/P&gt;</description>
