      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, My switch is ICX 7150-C12P. Again after power outage, It is showing Amber/Orange lights&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Even&amp;nbsp; after trying resets . Having a really hard time understanding the reprogramming instructions.&amp;nbsp; Can someone please approve me and allow me to obtain a RMA # so I can get my wifi back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Mr Sanadi, all I'm accomplishing is making the situation worse. My wife is a school teacher and relys on a working internet for communicating with her principles.&amp;nbsp; I just don't understand why I can't just return the switch to someone who knows what to do.&amp;nbsp; Im just making it worse for me.&amp;nbsp; The reset is not working I've tried countless times.&amp;nbsp; Our home has bad cell service too so we rely heavily on out internet wifi.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
