    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have requested multiple RMA per ruckus guidance and have no assistance with these. Customer provides the same guidance without actually helping. This has been 2 weeks and I want to know if anyone has had this issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;customer service keeps sending me the same link to post my issue, when I respond to it, they post the same link and it keeps repeating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
