 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Pinky,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the reply. To answer your questions, yes there was a power outage. 2, the system light is amber and the power light is green, these are the only two lights on when I plug in the device. When I follow the steps to reset the device all of the lights blink non-stop. It does not look like my computer is picking up the device when plugged into the USB.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am back again. My Ruckus device is not supplying power to the wireless access point in my Lennar home. I've performed the physical reset technique about 50 times and the "SYS" light is still amber. It seems the switch is getting stuck in booting mode, because when the lights start flashing, they will continue to flash for hours. I am not able to perform the software reset as I only have my work laptop and do no have the authority to download the necessary software. Can you please advise?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
