2nd home owner of my Lennar Home- how do I find the username and password for my Ruckus modem?

We are the 2nd owners of our home in Country Club East in Bradenton, FL. We needed to increase the speed our our Frontier Home Wireless Network. So they installed new routers which then created 2 different home networks. So we need Ruckus to be placed in bridge mode, but don’t know the username and password. Help please
