      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just moved into a Lennar community Timber Creek.&amp;nbsp; Previous owner must have unplugged Ruckus device.&amp;nbsp; I have internet but extender is off.&amp;nbsp; I tried resetting the extender, which is on the ceiling and I can't remove.&amp;nbsp; Also plugged in the Ruckus modem but all lights are amber; no green lights.&amp;nbsp; How do I get the extender back on??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bill&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:24px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If the reset is not successful on the first attempt, please try resetting the switch multiple times (approximately 20-30 times) as outlined above. In many cases, we have observed that this method works after several attempts. If the reset is successful using a paperclip, the SYST and PWR lights should turn GREEN.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no way I can do this.&amp;nbsp; These are supposed to have a lifetime warranty so can't you just send me one that works or have somebody fix this one.&amp;nbsp; You expect a 73 yr old to be able to perform this type of function.&amp;nbsp; Totally ridiculous.&amp;nbsp; Ruckus should stand behind their product and service.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
