      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have 2 R510 access points . All lights on the router/modem briefly flash yellow then turn off immediately when trying to reboot by unplugging and then plugging the power cord back in.&amp;nbsp; The access point lights are off as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
