Need help adding a 3rd AP R320 to my existing Lennar built network to extend wifi

I have a Lennar built home with Ruckus Wi-Fi system. I have two R320 on on each level of the house. I have purchased a 3rd AP identical with existing ones R320 and installed it in the back bedroom to offer coverage to the backyard. i have connected it in the ruckus switch. I saw the configure.me.xxxx network on my Wi-Fi and tried to add it to the network. It gives me the error "unable to fetch default configuration from AP" then the Wi-Fi "configure.me" network disappears.

the ne AP it shows in the unleashed app but it shows offline.

the PWR led is steady green and CTRL led is pulsating green.

How can i make the AP online and have my network extended.

Based on the information provided, it appears that you are trying to add a new Access Point to the existing Unleashed system.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.

Could you please try to build a New Unleashed network for the New Access Point, later we can try to sync it to the existing Unleashed system.

Please try to follow the process explained in the below Video.
