      <title>Urgent - Ruckus Lennar - Power Outage</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have spent too much time doing the manual reboot and CLI troubleshooting and that has not fixed my switch that came with my Lennar home. It happens every time the power is down and it’s stuck on RPS, but this time the device won’t work even after a flash install.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ruckus and Lennar sold consumers a faulty product and now they are leaving homeowners without a solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need this escalated and a RMA resolved immediately or I will seek further action.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
