&lt;P&gt;Effective&amp;nbsp;November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email. We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you would like on-site assistance, you should contact your builder. I think they have a phone list you can contact.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>R510 unit installed by Amazon in 2019</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My home is a one story 4500 sq ft Lennar home.&amp;nbsp; Amazon installed our wireless access points back in 2019.&amp;nbsp; Now we aren't getting wifi in one of the further offices in the home.&amp;nbsp; We don't have any phone numbers or any documentation on how these units were set up.&amp;nbsp; Any advice to try finding out what is wrong?&amp;nbsp; Is there a phone number or email to reach out for support?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you for your assistance.&amp;nbsp; It is greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp; We have called Lennar for support phone numbers, but they only have the number to contact Ruckus.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Response to your question:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1-On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On the ICX7150-C12P it is plugged into a good power source and there are green lights on under the STAT, SYST and PWR.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have two R510 units.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The first one has four green lights on (no AIR light is on). On the other unit, has a solid green on PWR and a blinking green on CTL.&amp;nbsp; Tried the reset on this unit - no change.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We are trying to determine is in one of the R510 units or the&amp;nbsp;ICX7150-C12P switch.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks again for your assistance!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you make sure the wired is good between the access point and the ICX 7150 C12P to rule out any physical issues?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please try another Ethernet cable.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you also log into the unleashed app or unleashed dashboard?&lt;/P&gt;
