      <title>Ruckus not turning on</title>

&lt;P&gt;Based on your description, it seems that your Switch (ICX7150 Switch) is stuck in boot mode, to fix it you need to get console access and perform a software recovery to fix it, let me add the guide.&lt;/P&gt;
