    <description>&lt;P&gt;I think it is you who does not understand the process.&amp;nbsp; The chat message said they would not send the replacement until they receive my defective unit.&amp;nbsp; The chat person never mentioned that Ruckus would be responsible for shipping or packaging.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This entire process from reporting the problem to the agreement to replace the unit has been unnecessarily confusing.&amp;nbsp; Your system needs an overhaul to simplify it.&amp;nbsp; Directing me to the chat, failing to have the serial number in your system, and repeated emails asking for more information after I sent you pictures of where the unit was burned out were burdensome.&amp;nbsp; Treating customers differently because the product was in a Lennar home is an inusult.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have&amp;nbsp; Ruckus R320 in a Lennar home that stopped working.&amp;nbsp; I have taken it down and the socket where the cable plugs in looks burned.&amp;nbsp; I tried to enter an email to Ruckus and the system says the serial number does not exist.&amp;nbsp; I have checked and re-entered it three times yet the Ruckus system still rejects it.&amp;nbsp; How do I get support?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please try to factory reset the access point as described in the below guide:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The directions do not make sense.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt; The first step says to disconnect all the access points.&amp;nbsp; The second step says it is important to leave the one acting as master connected.&amp;nbsp; Which is it?&amp;nbsp; Leave all connected or not?&amp;nbsp; I have two Ruckus units.&amp;nbsp; The other one is still operating and showing a solid green and a solid yellow light.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;As you have 2 APs unplug one of them, perform factory reset on ONE connected Access Point, once completed plug the other one back to any 1 in-12 ports on the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
