&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Could you please use the same IP address to login to the web browser and confirm if you are able to access the Switch dashboard?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:18px;"&gt;You&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;should observe the Switch Dashboard, which should be visible upon accessing the appropriate IP address, as illustrated in the screenshot below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Switch is not connected.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had my internet working through access points. I had to turn ruckus switch off to put a 3 way outlet to make sure my router and modem are connected in the closet where it is installed and wires are all inside the plastic unit installed by the builder together with the switch. When I reconnected the power to&amp;nbsp;the modem, &amp;nbsp;router and switch, everything seems to be working as it previously, except the switch is not connected. How do I reconnect the switch so it actually sends the internet signal to the access points? Please see my setup and screen shots of what I mean when I say everything else is connected but switch is not. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;From the below screenshot you shared, I understand that the&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:18px;"&gt;Switch is booted up on the secondary partition which is running on Routing code (SPR)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to fix the issue when the Switch is running in the Routing code.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

But when I try to access the CLI via putty either through SSH or telnet it gives me the following error code: “Network error: no route to host.” and the black putty screen remains blank/black. &amp;nbsp;Can you advise?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also when I use my Mac and type in the ssh admin@192.168.0.192 it times out and does not allow me to log into the switch. I tried the ruckus ip and it logged me in but the command line is not for the switch, it says: “welcome to ruckus, unleashed network, command, line interface”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and the following line says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;”ruckus&amp;gt;”&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but none of the commands work (enable, show version etc. ) it says the command is either unrecognized or incomplete.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
