    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for these instructions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did reset my APs and internet seems to be working now however its not stable. I get internet connectivity for sometime and then seems like the connection drops and there is no internet. Then after a few minutes, without taking any action, internet works again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise on what the next steps should be.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It should be plugged into the designated port, as highlighted in the screenshot below. For your reference, please follow steps 2 and 3 outlined in the guide linked previously.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Once the correction is made, I kindly ask that you close the PuTTY session and restart the process. Please then initiate the software recovery process starting from the &lt;STRONG&gt;setenv IP configuration&lt;/STRONG&gt; step.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your prompt response. I didn’t realize I was connecting to the incorrect port, but once I changed the port as you suggested, I was able to successfully reset the switch, and it started broadcasting the WiFi signal as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I’ve encountered a new issue. While the internet connectivity works perfectly on the laptop I used to reset the switch, no other devices can connect to the internet via the Ruckus WiFi network. The WiFi speed on the laptop is excellent, but the other devices are unable to access the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your assistance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I get internet connectivity for sometime and then seems like the connection drops and there is no internet.
