    <description>&lt;P&gt;Our ICX 7150-C12P switch is not working and access points not powered up after a 2 day power outage. I have done the physical reset over 10 times and it is not working. After trying the reset, all LED LIGJTS continue flashing amber and nothing happens.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you able to console into it?&lt;BR /&gt;is it stuck in boot/recovery menu?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I had to upload new firmware through a TFTP server to restore full functionality&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;1) &amp;nbsp;On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
