    <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming I needed to update the firmware on Switch, I attempted to folow the below article ... however this takes me back to the URL search of my Switch and I can't find my switch login page by searching in the URL. Using hardwire to connect to my switch requires device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;manager to identify the Switch and it wont. &lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;From the case description, I understand that your&amp;nbsp;Ruckus setup is not working after the power outage and facing intermittent connectivity issues.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:white;color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;This issue is because your switch is running on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;From the response you shared, it&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt; seems that the Ip address you used to login to the CLI appears to be of AP and not of the ICX-7250 Switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Once you access the IP address from the IP Scan results&lt;STRONG&gt;,(Please share the screenshot of the IP scan results&lt;/STRONG&gt;) to confirm that the IP address is associated with the Switch, you should observe the Switch Dashboard, which should be visible upon accessing the appropriate IP address, as illustrated in the screenshot below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
