&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Thank you for the response and the Videos.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#333333;font-size:18px;"&gt;Based on the troubleshooting done, and you confirm after performing the reset of the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Access Point&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and checking all the connectivity and connections, the failure persists. And this is the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;only ONE access point that isn’t working&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;with Red Power on it even after checking with an external power adapter it behaves the same. This&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;ONE&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Access Point Unit&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Unable to factory reset R510</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;R510 has the red power light illuminated but will not cycle when the reset is depress and released. &amp;nbsp;Same problems exist with power supply cable or POE cable. &amp;nbsp;I believe the AP needs repaired or replaced. &amp;nbsp;7150 switch shows all green lights. &amp;nbsp;What. Is my warranty? &amp;nbsp;What is the cost to repair?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dave&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
