      <title>My ICX-7150-C12P is stuck in boot mode and will not boot up.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a power outage and my switch is stuck in boot mode.&amp;nbsp; I have hard reset with a paperclip over 10 times but it never gets out of boot mode, and I cannot install software following instructions on the community as I cannot access the device using tftp.&amp;nbsp; IP scan returns no ruckus devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Imran.&amp;nbsp; For clarity the link to download the tool takes me to the software downloads page.&amp;nbsp; Here are the current versions I am running.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the switch I am running the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;SW: Version&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT color="blue"&gt;08.0.90kT211&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For my AP's I am running:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;200.15.6.212.14&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 Questions:&amp;nbsp; First do I need to upgrade the switch twice - from current version - to&amp;nbsp;SPS08090kufi.bin then to SPS08095kufi.bin?&amp;nbsp; Next is there an explicit link for the upgrade tool as I am unclear what to download.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;1. The RUCKUS Access Points in your environment have already been upgraded to the latest version, &lt;STRONG&gt;200.15.6.212.14&lt;/STRONG&gt;. You can disregard any further AP upgrades for the time being.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;2. As mentioned in my previous communication, the upgrade tool is pre-configured with the recommended &lt;STRONG&gt;08095g&lt;/STRONG&gt; version, which is considered the most stable version for Lennar users. Please proceed with the upgrade using the software tool provided in my earlier message. (Refer to the user manual provided in last response for more information)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
