      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have disconnected the power, let it sit for an hour and plugged it back in hoping it would reboot, but it is no longer powering any of my homes smart devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My wife and I both work form home and depend on the WAP to reach our home offices.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So, this is a critical issue that effects our ability to provide for our family.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your quick response will be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Our Verizon internet continues to work but all the Ruckus units are dead on all floors. Unplugging power did not work. Is that your issue as well? What did you learn as a solution?       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Yes.&amp;nbsp; I am a Lennar&amp;nbsp;Home Owner, but it wasn't caused by a power outage.&amp;nbsp; It just stopped sending power to the connected devices.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I've tried a power reboot multiple times, but nothing has changed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No solution yet&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a reply from someone at Ruckus, but the directions were way too complicated for me to follow (and I even consider myself somewhat techie). They said that Lennar could let me know of a contractor to come to the house to fix the issue. I set up a virtual appointment for tomorrow morning, and will request that someone come in-person to fix the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Basically, due the power outage the switch went to a state that we called (boot-mode) that is not able to boot up properly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That does not mean is broken or need to be replace 'in some cases'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Remove power from the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Press and hold the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button while applying power to the switch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that does not make any difference, we need to perform a software recovery since it can be that the image flash is corrupted so in basic words the unit is not able to boot up properly and need re-install the image to boot up properly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3-We need to access (physical) using one of the cables to the ICX-7150C12P mentioned on the below guide:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Once we are there, we can try to boot up the unit using the following commands:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Boot_primary&lt;/STRONG&gt; or &lt;STRONG&gt;Boot_secondary&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that step does not work Software recovery needs to be applied&lt;/P&gt;
