    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just purchased a Lennar home which I was built with Ruckus access points.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Verizon FiOS came out and installed their wall box and than connected it to the Ruckus access point via Ethernet cable. They than told me I needed to go through the ruckus setup guide to get the internet working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed the setup wizard and once the configuration system completed it said I should see my internet name in a few minutes. It’s been a hour and the name/acces point still has not shown up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went back to the WiFi and tried connect back to the configure.me but it keeps saying unable to connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;not sure where to go from here&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;We would suggest you to please perform the Access point factory reset by following the Lennar Knowledge Base Self Help article using the link:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Thank you for the response and the update.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please note you need to reset on only ONE connected Access Point by pressing the reset button situated at it's rear end. For example if you&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:18px;"&gt; have 3 Access Points in your setup, remove the cables of any TWO Access Points, and perform the factory reset on the ONE connected access point. Once you complete it, connect the unplugged Access point cables back to the Switch ports and they will sync up with the configurations from the factory reset Access Point.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:black;font-size:18px;"&gt;Once you press the reset button for about 15-20 seconds on the ONE connected Access Point it will broadcast configure.me-xxxxxx network try to connect to it and perform the configurations.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;Please refer to the below video for more information:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
