Sorry I’ve been delayed getting back, I’ve been busy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m not sure what happened, but the issue resolved when I hooked the Switch up to my MacBook… I did not need to go through the process of a software reset. I appreciate your help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-CBianco&lt;/P&gt;</description>
