&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:18px;"&gt;While you have the laptop connected to the Switch with a console USB cable and the CLI screen up it asking a username/password, reboot (unplug and plug from the power outlet), and follow the video below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Ruckus 7150 C12P showing not alive after hard restting.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Moderators.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Ruckus 7150 C12P when I purchased the house and am 2nd owner of this house. As previous owner disconnected all cables and wires from the switch, I try to connect and found not working. Try to reset with Pin at front of the switch and power off and on, but cannot found working. Then I try to hard reset by downloading all steps mentioned in forum. Finally found ping says not alive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am submit&amp;nbsp; pics of the results and connections.
