intermittent wifi

I have followed all the instructions to reset and update the switch post loss of power, all three options, and am unable to execute access to install the patch or flash the ROM. I have a computer expert assisting and unable to do this. What is the next possible solution? Can someone remote in and assist or can I send the unit for updates? This is extremely frustrating and impacting work.

1. First, identify the current IP address assigned to the switch ICX-7150-C12P by your local router. You can use an IP scanner tool to easily locate the switch's IP address on your network. Here is a guide on how to perform this using IP Scanner free applications:

If you can access the Command line the prompt should look like below:

ICX7150-C12 Router> OR

show version

show flash

show inline power

show inline power detail

show interface brief

If your internet keeps dropping, it can be frustrating and disruptive. Start by checking your modem and router; directv tv packages restarting them can resolve many connectivity issues. Ensure that your cables are secure and free from damage. If the problem persists, consider changing your Wi-Fi channel or updating your router's firmware. Contact your internet service provider for further assistance if needed.

Verizon confirms it is not a problem on their end. The switch is showing disconnected but when i try to flash the rom the message is unable to execute. Tonight I plan to connect the update directly without IP addresses but I need professional help to do this because this is far too advanced for a regular person. I will update when I have completed this step and hope for success.

I have tried the above steps and have paid the electrician who installed the system to try. It was unsuccessful both with the ruckus and my wallet. The switch keeps denying access. I now have a dumb home with half house wifi. This forum is completely unhelpful and Lennar should do better. You are good at following up but patience grasshopper when I have to hire someone to come to my home and lose working wages.
