Mybe updated the video and have the links attach to them. anyways, that link does not work.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I do not know the password or username. however, I was able to figure out the IP address. Im having trouble factory resetting the ruckus so that configure.me show up but its doesn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1st attempt, I try to reset by having internet cable plugged into one of the 12 AP and power disconnected. now, pushing the reset for 30 sec with a pin while plugging the power source. amber lights just continue to blink non stop.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2nd attempt.&amp;nbsp;I try to reset by having internet cable plugged into one of the 12 AP and one of the other cables (2 total) and power disconnected. now, pushing the reset for 30 sec with a pin while plugging the power source. amber lights just continue to blink non stop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3rd attempt. I try to reset by having one of the blue cable plugged into one of the 12 AP and power disconnected. now, pushing the reset for 30 sec with a pin while plugging the power source. amber lights just continue to blink non stop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All the attempt the flights just continue to blink non stop &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I actually got it to working last night. I guess the ruckus that is connected to the panel was already reset but I’m was thinking because I saw the pervious homeowner user name signal it wasn’t reset. However, i had to reset the access point (machine things) &amp;nbsp;that are in the ceiling. I Was able to reset them (1 and 2) and now they are sending out signal n internet which gave me the configure signal and I was able to unleash. However, I’m not able to manage them once they are setup. When I do a scan ip on my computer they don’t show ip. I not sure if I unleashed them correctly bc they are sending out my username with internet but I just can’t manage them. The lights are pwr, Clt (steady green) n light on air and amber 2.5 and 5 (unless I connect and 5 is green)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually. they both work. I guess if you update one. the other one works you just have to reset the other one that hasn't updated and it magically configures by it self bc the cables are connected all together. I can access both of them online and thur the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
